Bluffs Bash, June 7 and 9
A severe weather forecast will delay the Saturday event to Sunday, June 9, with an altered schedule.
The possibility of rain throughout the day Sunday has cancelled the bounce houses.
Bluffs Bash, a two-day event (Friday , June 7 from 5 – 10 pm and Sunday, June 9 from 4:15 pm – 7:30 pm), will showcase area artists and musicians. The bash leads up to the finale with Preservation Hall Jazz Band on Sunday night at 5:30pm. Please note, the bounce houses that were planned for Sunday, June 9, have been cancelled for safety concerns due the possibility of rain.

Bands for Friday, June 7
Hi-Fi Hangover, 5 pm
Renowned for insane guitar, thunderous percussion, pile driving bass riffs, off the hook vocals and a live show that is second to none, it is small wonder that Hi Fi Hangover has rocketed to the top of the Omaha party scene in record time.
Secret Weapon, 7:15 pm
Nebraska’s own cover band will kick off the Bluffs Bash with a fantastic show of favorite tunes. Multiple winners of the OEA Best Cover Band Award, Secret Weapon members are ready to light up the stage.
Bluffs Bash Goes Jazz Americana
Bands for Sunday, June 9
All Young Girls Are Machine Guns, 4:15 pm
All Young Girls Are Machine Guns, an Omaha band known as “1960s soul singers” and crooners, blends songwriting, exceptional vocals and ukulele with bass, drums and jazz guitar.
The Preservation Hall Jazz Band, 5:30 pm
The band has traveled worldwide spreading their mission to nurture and perpetuate the art form of New Orleans jazz. The free performance by the Preservation Hall Jazz Band culminates the University of Iowa’s Living with Floods 2013 project.
Arts, Antiques, Food and Drink
